One-to-one training with a personal trainer allows you to get the most out of your workout. The coach will be happy to:

  • create a personal training program for losing weight, recovering or maintaining shape, building muscle mass;
  • stimulate feedback and improve performance in intensive training;
  • accompany and assist during the entire workout;
  • suggest how to do the exercises correctly and what are the nuances;
  • develop a special diet (diet) and daily regimen;
  • control loads, alternate exercise and rest;
  • answer all the questions that the student has.

You can order individual classes with a trainer in the Central Fitness Hub from our administrator.
