Jumping Fitness is a dynamic cardio workout on individual trampoline platforms that combines elements of fitness, aerobics and

dance. Thanks to intense jumping and rhythmic music, the workout provides effective calorie burning, improved

endurance and uplifting mood!

What is Jumping Fitness?

This is an innovative workout that takes place on special mini-trampolines with a handle for safety and stability. Jumps

alternate with cardio movements, balance and coordination exercises. The core of the workout is intensive work of all

muscle groups to incendiary music.

In one workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 kcal! This is one of the most effective ways to lose weight.

Low load on the joints. The trampoline absorbs shocks, which makes the workout safe for the knees and spine.

Strengthening of all muscle groups. Special attention is paid to the muscles of the legs, abs and back, as well as the development of coordination 

and balance.
